David Levine’s real estate journey began as a teenage property manager in Hollywood during the 1990s, gaining hands-on experience in tenant relations, collecting rent, and managing vacancies while working alongside his mother. By age 20 in 2002, David transitioned into property investment, acquiring and managing properties in Echo Park, which launched his career as a real estate professional.
In 2005, David became a Realtor with Sotheby’s International Realty in Los Feliz, specializing in high-value residential properties. By 2007, he expanded into commercial real estate, managing the portfolio for Fred Leeds Properties, including Wilshire-Union Center and two live-work loft buildings in Downtown LA. His multifaceted expertise led him to join Marcus & Millichap in 2009, where he specialized in multifamily and commercial sales, earning national awards such as Rookie of the Year and Pace Setter for record-breaking sales volume.
In 2013, David brought his expertise to Keller Williams Realty, where he supervised over 700 agents across the Downtown Los Angeles and Marina Del Rey branches. While leading these offices, David continued to specialize in residential and commercial sales, earning a reputation as a top-performing agent and mentor.
